Job Requirements:

Business Development Manager (Indochina)
Responsible for maximizing revenues generated by our client’s potential customers by using the leadership skills to motivate and drive each support group in order to achieve sales target and implement the effective marketing strategies. He/she must has a varied of marketing and sales responsibilities on a large scale with a large support structure. Analyze and understand our customer business culture. Work collaboratively with the distributors in the particular countries (in Indochina) in terms of develop and implement strategies to maximize revenues and ultimately utilize our customer services.
Job Requirements:
Male / Age between 30 - 34 years old
At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Regional Sales Manager and/or Key Account Manager within a reputable multinational FMCG would be advantage
At least 3 years in the distributor system management and understand how to undertake all tasks related to the new business development in particular country (in Indochina)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in local language would be preferable
Enjoy working independently but have a good sense of entrepreneurship

Regional Sales Manager (2 Positions for Central / North)
Develop and maintain sound mutually beneficial customer relationships. Keep the field force informed of negotiated activities and supply appropriate sales information. Seek opportunities for exploitation for the company’s benefit and effectively utilize technology, both internally and externally. Inform planning of all sales forecasts well in advance. Analyze the competitors’ strategies and keep the business informed. Implementation of the 4 P’s in store. Provide training such as selling skills, products knowledge to regional distributors/ sales force. Ensure a stock level at distributors and are in-line with the company’s targets. Ensure distributors’ sales structure, P&L to be up to date per market situations. Leading and motivating the distributor sales force to manage the customers as a key stakeholder and optimizing value for the consumers. Maximizing opportunities for continuous improvement and value.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field
Minimum 5 years with sales/ marketing/ key account management experience within the FMCG industry. Experience in a MNC/FMCG environment is the most preferable
Track record of success in key account management within the FMCG/ modern trade channel
The incumbent will be responsible for the sales growth and exhibition of promotion plans for the modern trade channel
Ability to analyze and executive sales plan
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Corporate Planning Assistant Manager
To support Management Accounting Manager in order to work on budget, forecast, and actual estimate Profit and Loss including with BS and Cash Flow forecast. To conduct Profit Planning and Reporting (including BS/ CF). To support Management Adhoc and Presentation. To responsible for Product Profitability Report.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related field, MBA is an advantage
Minimum 3-7 years' experience in Finance and Business Planning is preferable
FMCG experience is required
Good command of written and spoken English, Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Effective and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
High Analytical skill and able to handle multi-tasks
Can do and positive attitude, self motivated and team spirit
